I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with stains on both beds and a generally poor paint job. The service was also frustrating, especially since they didn’t explain how to use the amenities properly. The danger in the elevator and the lack of hot water just made the whole experience worse. It’s safe to say this hotel needs a lot of improvement.
